(1) Automatic shutdown protection for diaphragm at 130℃
It adopts the internationally advanced Celgard2300PE-PP-PE three-layer composite film. When the battery temperature reaches 120℃, the PE membrane holes on both sides of the composite membrane are closed, the internal resistance of the battery increases, the internal temperature of the battery slows down, and when the battery temperature reaches 130℃, the PP membrane holes are closed, the internal circuit of the battery is broken, and the battery no longer heats up, ensuring the safety and reliability of the battery.
(2) Add additives to the electro-liquid
Under the condition that the battery is overcharged and the battery voltage is higher than 4.25v, the electro-hydraulic additives are polymerized with other substances in the electro-hydraulic, and the battery internal resistance is newly added. A large-area circuit breaker is formed inside the battery, and the battery no longer heats up.
(3) Battery cover composite structure
The battery cover adopts a score-proof explosion-proof structure. When the battery heats up, part of the gas that occurs during the internal activation of the battery expands, the internal pressure of the battery increases, and the pressure reaches a certain level of mark-breaking and deflation.
(4) Various environmental destructive tests
Carry out various destructive tests, such as external short circuit, overcharging, needle puncture, plate impact, incineration, etc., to examine the safety performance of the battery. At the same time, the battery is subjected to temperature shock tests and mechanical performance tests such as vibration, drop, and impact to examine the performance of the battery in the actual use environment.
